My hourly fee is $210, however, there will be times when I do not need a full hour (or even quarter hour) to complete tasks on your behalf. As such, any work I do under 1 hour is prorated at $3.50/minute. You will be given view access to the time log where I keep track of the days/minutes that I work on your case.
The above rate is also charged for any travel time required to/from interviews, observations, and meetings I attend on your behalf.
Based on our initial complimentary 15 minute consultation I will estimate the # of hours I anticipate needing to work on your case (minimum 4 hours). I do require a 10 hour retainer be paid before we begin our work together. Any minutes you have paid for that go unused at the end of the case will be refunded to you.
